The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers met for the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
